Returns Policy 

 

All mods are covered by a 15 day return policy. If you don’t like it send it back for a full refund. After the 15 days, for the next 45 days I will repair the mod if something fails, a wire comes loose, switch fails, connector loosens ect. I will not repair a mod that has been abused, dropped repeatedly, run over, or crushed. The batteries and chargers,  have a 15 day warranty. Opened batteries or chargers are not returnable for a refund. I will not refund cost of postage. All e-cig kits have a DOA warranty only. All atomizers have a DOA warranty only. You are responsible for postage back to me for the return or warranty repair. If a fixed voltage mod fails after 60 days I will repair and ship back your mod for $12.00. If a variable voltage mod fails after 60 days there will be a $20 charge to repair and return your mod. You are responsible for postage to me. Shipping

Most items ship within three days. Variable mods usually have a seven day wait before shipment. You choose the shipping rate. First class is normally 3 to 4 days to deliver and costs $2.00.

Priority is usually delivered in 2 to 3 days and is $5.00

Priority International is $18.00 and is normally delivered in 7 to 10 days. Customs plays a factor in the delivery of International mail. You must choose this option for international shipping.
